Leslie Uggams will host the 2018 Lincoln Center Fall Gala on Wednesday, October 24, at Alice Tully Hall in New York City. At the event, which begins at 6:30 p.m., Robert K. Steel will be honored with the Lincoln Center Distinguished Service Award for his leadership as a Trustee of Lincoln Center.
The evening kicks off with a festive cocktail reception, followed by the award presentation by Bloomberg Philanthropies CEO Patricia E. Harris and an exciting one-night-only performance celebrating the musical icon Cole Porter. The night will conclude with an elegant dinner in Alice Tully Hall.
Performers include Liz Callaway, Peter Cincotti, Kate Davis, Aaron Diehl, Jared Grimes, Rayshunn LaMarr and Jason Marsalis.
