DOTTY & SOUL Streaming Digitally and On Demand May 19

Leslie Uggams stars as Dotty and delivers “a showstopping performance.”

DOTTY & SOUL, a new feature-length comedy produced, written, directed by and co-starring Adam Saunders opposite the legendary Leslie Uggams, begins streaming on Apple iTunes and other digital and on-demand services May 19. Called “hilarious” and “relatable,” the film chronicles what happens after a problematic social media post of a flashy young CEO goes viral, forcing him to hire a 71-year-old woman to pose as his figurehead. He gets canceled, she gets promoted, and they both learn valuable lessons along the way.

According to ScreenRant, “Saunders’ feature-length directorial debut is a confident one,” while “Uggams is tremendous as Dotty and delivers a showstopping performance.” The film is available to buy or rent now.
